Radical Revolution 2008

2008 na! Meron bang mga bagay na gusto mong baguhin sa sarili? Tired of the same routine that you have? Oh baka, ito lagi ang line mo, “Gusto kong bumait, pero ‘di ko magawa.” Well, you can do something that will help you change and will make the best person you can be!

Enough of those promises or resolutions! What you need is a radical revolution. The word radical is something we are afraid to use. People might think we are notorius and wild. It’s more than that! Being radical is concerned about the change one can have that will benefit others. Think that again!

Add revolution makes it more significant.

Radical Revolution is a state of a significant change or transformation in someone’s life! Now, do you have things in life that will require change? If you have, lay it down to the person who started a great revolution in the hearts of humanity, its Jesus Christ. Only then, you can experience a real revolution this year!

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

A well known author encouraged his readers to: Do something radical – don’t tolerate sin anymore; don’t rationalize it or play around it or let it go on months, years. Make a BIG MOVE and deal RADICALLY with that which will only bring devastation to your life.

Radical Revolution happens inside and out.

Make the first step!

Dare to make a change!

  1. I quoted this from a movie that I have just seen, “Let’s spend less time LOOKING good but instead, spend MORE time BEING good.” That really knocked me off. Most of us were too busy trying to look good but we ignore checking on what’s inside of us. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” How will we know if someone treasures someone or something? Those are the things where we spend our effort, money and TIME most. Are “they” for God’s glory or for ourselves…you know, for us to look real good. But hey, whichever category we belong, there is the One who’s willing to take our cross. Because most of us, even if we are into God’s work still struggle with our walk.

And I think it’s about time to change our perspective. We want a radical revolution? Jesus’ life was a perfect example. Let’s look at, think of, and live the way He did 2,000 years ago. I remember a song saying “Seems like I always fall short of being worthy, I ain’t good enough, but He still loves me”.

Yes, no matter how hard we try, we’re not good enough but His love for us is unconditional. He has shown us His grace and mercy. He redeemed us at the Cross. We have seen “it” and we’re now living it. It’s about time to spread it.

  3. Hi Rhianne,

Temptations will always be there. They can be source of radical change in our life. It can lead us to do great decisions that will impact us much! Start with a single step of change and you can make a difference.
