We are in a battle twenty-four hours a day and it’s happening in our minds. It’s like an invisible war and it’s a serious one.

We often think na dahil walang nakakakita sa thoughts natin ay we’re free to think whatever we want not knowing that it can cause harm in our lives. Why? Because our thoughts become our actions.

Our thoughts are greatly influenced by what we watch, listen, and read. So, let me ask you. What do you watch? What do you listen to? What do you read? Those will give you a hint whether you have pure thoughts or not.

It is not enough to stop watching, listening or reading unhealthy content. We are to set our minds in the right direction – in Christ.

Think much of Christ. He died for us so we can be saved from our sins. We will never win this battle apart from Him.

1. QUALITY TIME
The Love Language of some people is spelled as T-I-M-E. Tama na muna paggamit ng cellphone. Give your family an undivided attention.

2. WORDS OF AFFIRMATION
Ipinagluto ka ba ng parents or kapatid mo? Simple yet sincere words such as, “Ang sarap ng luto mo,” or “Thank you!” are sometimes all a person needs to hear in order to feel loved.
3. ACTS OF SERVICE
Some people feel loved when you accomplish something for them. Pwede kang maghugas ng pinggan o ipagtimpla ng kape sina nanay at tatay.

4. RECEIVING GIFTS
Before you think that they are being materialistic, these people feel most loved when you give them even the simplest gift. Yes, even candies will do. Kahit para sayo “kendi lang ‘yan” basta may ibinigay ka sa kanila as a representation of your love, matutuwa na sila

Also, why not share your “ulam” with your kapitbahay and win a friend?

5. PHYSICAL TOUCH
Stop scrolling and give your parents and siblings ng isang mahigpit na mahigpit na yakap!
